Martijn assists medium-sized and large companies with acquisitions and with setting up their (corporate) structure. He specialises in (international) mergers, demergers, share transfers and setting up (complex) corporate structures. In addition, Martijn frequently acts as a party adviser on matters of corporate law and he also advises on corporate governance issues. He is used to liaising with attorneys and other professionals. In addition to corporate clients, his client base includes larger associations and foundations, including non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
